What is Peri-Menopause?

The follicles on your ovaries have been slowly declining with time, therefore the cells that make the hormones estradiol, progesterone, testosterone + some DHEA are declining as well. Progesterone declines faster than the others. This roller coaster makes you get the symptoms of peri-menopause. Some days are good, some are bad.
